At The Federation of The Annunciation Catholic Schools, we are privileged to have such a special bond with our school parish, The Church of The Annunciation.

As Catholic schools, we understand the vital importance of our role in fostering and nurturing understanding and appreciation of our faith. A crucial part of this is teaching our children how to worship in a formal setting from a young age and their knowledge of the church as both a facility for worship and as the centre of our faith community. From class visits to regular celebrations in the church, we work as a community to nurture the spiritual lives of our children.

Our School Chaplain, Fr Chinedu not only hosts our pupils at the church but also visits children at school on a regular basis. These visits allow our pupils to get to know our priest and to ask any questions they may have related to current RE topics or to the liturgical year. We recognise how fortunate we are to have these close links and continue to look for ways to work in partnership with the Parish community to ensure that this relationship continues to flourish.
